Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Click2BIM, a scan-to-BIM service operated by AXONTARA Kft. By using the website, creating an account, uploading files, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Click2BIM is operated by AXONTARA Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság ("AXONTARA Kft."). References to "Click2BIM", "we", "us", or "our" mean AXONTARA Kft. in connection with this service.

2. The service

Click2BIM allows eligible users to upload point-cloud or scan files and receive BIM-related processing outputs, including IFC or related deliverables where available. Public descriptions of speed, accuracy, output formats, and pricing are informational and may vary by input quality, project complexity, and service availability.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Click2BIM is offered only to businesses, sole traders, and other organisations acting in the course of their trade, business, craft, or profession. It is not offered to consumers, and by using the service you confirm that you are not contracting as a consumer. Consumer-specific rules, including statutory rights of withdrawal from distance contracts, therefore do not apply to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for ensuring that any information submitted through your account is accurate. We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address unpaid charges.

4. Uploaded files and customer content

You retain ownership of files, scan data, drawings, models, and other materials that you upload. You grant us the rights needed to store, process, transmit, and create outputs from that content for the purpose of providing Click2BIM. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content and to allow us to process it.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Click2BIM to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attack or disrupt systems, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

6. Payments and billing

Project prices are listed in EUR. For customers billed in Hungary, listed prices are net of 27% VAT, which is added to the amount due. The VAT-inclusive total is shown before payment. Customers billed outside Hungary pay the listed EUR amount; any VAT treatment is shown on the invoice. Third-party payment providers may process payments on our behalf.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Click2BIM available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve the platform, perform maintenance, address security issues, or meet legal requirements.

8. Output review

Click2BIM outputs are generated from submitted data and automated or assisted processing. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for design, construction, permitting, safety, legal, or financial decisions.

9. Intellectual property

The Click2BIM website, platform, software, branding, and documentation belong to AXONTARA Kft. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Click2BIM is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for the service or others, or if continued provision is no longer commercially, technically, or legally feasible.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, unless mandatory rules of law, including data-protection rules, require otherwise.
