Deterministic, not guessed

The accuracy of your model depends on the quality of your capture. For best results, point cloud density should be under 5 cm. What comes back is a surveying model.

A building facade of identical rectangular window openings in an exact repeating grid.

A point cloud is not noise

It is millions of x, y, z coordinates describing surfaces that are straight, level and proportional, because they were built that way.

click2BIM reconstructs that geometry deterministically, with mathematics you can follow.

How the click2BIM pipeline works

The click2BIM pipeline

Traceable

  1. Point density evaluated against a geometric rule
  2. Proportional relationship calculated
  3. Result checked against engineering constraints
  4. Output traced back to its exact calculation

When it is wrong, we trace it to the rule and correct it at the source.

A model you can audit, not one you take on faith.

An extreme close view of two concrete planes meeting at an exact right angle.

Checked against engineering constraints

Walls meet at angles the structure allows. Slabs sit level. Openings sit inside the wall that hosts them. Every reconstructed element is tested against those constraints before it is written to the file.

When something fails the check, we trace it to the rule and correct it at the source.

The scan points laid back over the finished model, showing how closely the two agree.
Your own scan, laid back over your own model. The fit is visible, not asserted.
